Q. How do I receive my Bronze Online certificate?

A. Once you think you have finished all components of your online training, click on 'Drop us an email' at the top or bottom of the topic page and the system will do a self check to make sure everything has been completed. If all is complete the system will generate an email with your certificate attached.

 

Q.I haven't received my login email or my registration emails.

A. Did you enter the correct email address on the registration form?

A. Have you checked both email addresses submitted on the registration form?

 

Q. As a direct entrant, what are my requirements for training?

A. You need to undergo the training for the levels you have missed, so if you are a Gold direct entrant you need to undertake Bronze & Silver training as well as the Gold.

 

Q. How long do I have to complete my online training?

A. 6 months
